Samsung appears to be preparing a new pair of premium over-ear wireless headphones under its Galaxy brand, potentially giving the company a direct competitor to Apple’s AirPods Max and Sony’s WH-1000XM series.
These headphones could mark Samsung’s return to the market after over a decade.
References discovered by SamMobile inside Samsung’s Galaxy Wearable app point to headphones carrying the internal name Galaxy H1. The app also contains connection-status icons depicting an over-ear wireless design.
